How do you deliver everything I need in a project?
We combine senior oversight with our Equipt co-op network. That means we can cover strategy, delivery, and specialist expertise by bringing in exactly the right people at the right time. From brand and marketing to finance, operations, or tech, you’ll have the skills you need without having to find or manage them yourself.
Who will be involved?
You’ll always get senior involvement. The people you meet at the start are the ones who will deliver the work, and you can check our profiles on the site to see exactly who we are. When extra expertise is needed, we bring in trusted specialists from our co-op network — but the leadership stays with us.
How do you scope a project?
We always ask questions up front - about your goals, your resources, and your budget - so we can shape the project to fit your reality.
Clear scoping means you know exactly what you’re getting and how it will be delivered.
How much does it cost?
Projects vary depending on size and complexity. Smaller pieces of work may start from a few thousand pounds, while bigger programmes are priced to reflect the senior involvement and delivery needed. We always ask about your budget up front so we can scope to fit your resources and if it can't be done within that, we will say so.
Will you pitch for my project?
We’d never advise our clients to give their products or services away for free, so neither do we. As SMEs, none of us can afford to give away time and expertise. If you’re comparing options, we’re happy to provide a clear proposal that sets out how we’d approach your project, but we don’t believe in arms-length pitching or beauty parades.
