We work with you to take those ambitions and shape them into a clear, practical roadmap, one that starts with the big picture but breaks down into steps the whole team can deliver. Together we set the measures that show progress, keep momentum, and leave space to adapt as things change. At the end, we can either leave you with the plan to run yourselves, or stay alongside you to help deliver it.

What happens in a planning session?
If you have already been through a Perspective or Projection Analysis, we build directly on that insight and turn it into a clear roadmap. If you have not, the session starts by mapping your goals, challenges, and priorities so we have the right foundation. Either way, it is a structured but collaborative conversation that ends with a practical plan.
How much of my time will it take?
Most planning sessions take around half a day. If you have already done one of the Analysis sessions, the process is faster because the groundwork is done. If not, we spend a little more time up front clarifying priorities. In both cases, we do the heavy lifting so your time is focused on giving direction and making decisions.
Do my team need to be involved?
It depends on your setup. If you have already done an Analysis, your leadership team may be enough to carry the planning forward. If you have not, it can be useful to involve managers or key staff so we get a rounded picture. We agree the right level of involvement so it feels useful, not disruptive.
What sort of planning is it?
Planning with Equipt is tailored to what your business needs most. For some clients that means business planning to set overall direction and priorities. For others it is operational planning to make sure day-to-day delivery runs smoothly. We also create growth planning to prepare for expansion, or brand and marketing planning to sharpen how you show up externally. Often it is a mix of these, built into one roadmap so everything connects.
What do I get at the end?
You get a clear roadmap that sets out priorities, timelines, and measures of progress. If it follows an Analysis, the roadmap will directly reflect the evidence from your scores and findings. If it is standalone, it will reflect the goals and challenges we have worked through together.
The format is flexible - it can be built straight into live systems like Trello, shaped as a sell-in deck for your team or board, or kept simple as an Excel plan. We make sure it works in the way that fits you best. In every case, it is practical enough to guide day-to-day delivery, but flexible enough to adapt as things change.
Are there different types available?
Perception Analysis can be delivered at different levels, depending on the depth of review you need. At its most focused, it gives a quick, external sense-check of your brand and marketing. At a deeper level, it can include customer experience audits, competitor comparisons, and digital presence reviews.
How much does it cost?
Planning starts from £1,950, depending on the scope and whether it follows an Analysis session or is delivered as a standalone. If it builds directly on Perspective or Projection, we can move faster and keep costs lean. If it is standalone, we may recommend a lighter diagnostic first. In every case, we shape the scope to fit your goals, resources, and budget so the plan feels realistic as well as ambitious.
Do I have to deliver it myself?
No. You can take the plan and run with it, or keep us alongside to help deliver. Planning is always designed to fit your resources and budget, so it works either way.
