Becci’s superpower is making things happen. The complex, the chaotic, the “how on earth are we going to pull this off?” - that’s her zone.

With 17 years of experience across marketing, innovation, new product development and business planning, she’s led teams and delivered projects that most people would quietly back away from. She’s calm under pressure, sharp on detail, and brilliant at keeping momentum without losing the plot (or the people).

She believes in transparency, perspective, and protecting the space between work and life - because good ideas don’t happen when you’re burnt out.
