The Dover Rescue and Working Platform is designed to be used for when a rescue is needed or as a platform to work on.

In the event of a fall arrested fall from height personnel have only 45 minutes before circulation could be stopped. In the main arteries at the top of the legs due te pressure from there harness thus meaning a quick rescue is needed. The ladder can be carried to the position where required, lowered down to the casualty and fixed in position to the top flange. Then personnel can either access up the ladder themselves or be given first aid and helped to safety. The platform is also designed to be used to work on, i.e. for drilling, checks, bolting, gunning up, alterations, etc.

The Dover Platform comes in 5 sizes:

3.0 metres
3.5 metres
